Who Am I?

With over 40 years of experience in business leadership, I’ve had the privilege of working in both entrepreneurial ventures and senior executive roles—ranging from family business to large-scale corporate operations. But in recent years, my calling has become clear: to walk alongside men who are striving to become better fathers, husbands, and leaders. Through Next Chapter Ventures, I coach men one-on-one who are looking to grow in every area of life—personally, professionally, and spiritually. My role is to support, challenge, and encourage men as they pursue alignment between their values, relationships, and leadership. I believe true success isn't just about what you achieve—it's about who you become along the way. It's about leading with integrity, living with purpose, and investing in what matters most. My own journey has taught me that when a man lives in alignment—with God first, family second, and business third—he becomes the kind of leader others want to follow, and the kind of man he himself can be proud of.
